2001—2004

anfang arker intended to start the new millennium with a revitalisation of the company. They remade the logo and also took a closer look at the current models. Most notably they closed the old Geo. S. Parker Arrow Park factory in Janesville, Wisconsin and had 300 workers laid off. A decision made by the, then new owners, Gillette. One of the new models to come out in this new order, in 2001, was the Parker Inflection. However, looking closer, there are many features familiar to Parker collectors, noteably the Parker 95 of the 1990's. The Inflection had a gold plated stainless steel nib and was offered in the following finishes:

    romb Black
    romb Sunny red
    romb Radiant yellow
    romb Tranquil blue
    romb Flighter (stainless steel) GPT

The Inflection was offered as a fountain pen for around $90. It had a stainless steel 23k gold plated nib with a rounded lip covering the nib, very similiar to the Parker 95. Also offered was a ball pen for around $55, a roller ball for $65 and a pencil that sold for around $55.

anfanghe Inflection was discontinued in 2004 and was replaced by the Latitude.
