n June 1933 the Vacuum Filler pens changed name to Vacumatic and two different priced lines were developed, the Top Line and The Bottom Line. The nib on the first Top Line pens had the imprint "Vacumatic DeLuxe". These nibs are rare. The subsequent nibs were made in an innovative two-tone design of gold and platinum with the engraving "USA PARKER" .

The Top Line came in three main sizes, Oversize, Standard and Slender. The Standard was 14 millimeters at its widest and 131 millimeters long. The measurements did however vary, but may serve as an approximation.

The first Vacumatics were opaque, with two very rare exceptions, the Standard Crystal and the so called "Ripley's Vacumatic", a red, blue and black laminated Standard with black jewels, section and blind cap. The ordinary Standards all had blind caps, jewels and sections the colour of the body.

n late 1933 the Ripley-pen was replaced by a transparent laminated red Vacumatic, the Standard Crystal was replaced by a Black Transparent pen with "windows" running lengthways showing the amount of ink left in the pen and all the opaque pen were discontinued by August of 1934.

In 1935 the Black Windowed Standard was replaced by an "ordinary" transparent black and a green model was introduced.

In 1936 a new 2-tone nib, engraved "PARKER USA" was added to the Standards and the colour Brown was introduced.

his line-up stayed unchanged until 1939 when the streamlined
Speedline Standards with a Speedline filler was introduced.

There were however a version of the Standard produced in 1938 only with a 9 carat solid gold broad band or a gold-filled dito.
